The customer must have at least 19 years, a driving licence obtained at least one year ago.

Delivering / Returning
Take place at the registered office of the company or in any other place according to the customer’s solicitation (for other regions, after having transferred in the account of the company an amount of 30% of the price and a tax of 0.15 Euro/km).
On request the car can be delivered with driver.
The customer will return the car with its fuel tank full.
If the customer doesn’t return the car with its fuel tank full, he will be taxed with 1 € / litre.

Vehicle utilization
The customer undertakes to drive the rented vehicle respecting the legal provisions concerning the driving of the vehicle on the territory of Romania. In case of offence he responds civilly or criminally according to the situation. A renting day is 24 hours. |

Payment
The tariffs are established in Euro. The payments made in lei are accepted according to B.N.R. currency from the day when the payment is made. The payment is made in advance, cash or by bank-transfer. We levy a guarantee between 200-500 Euros, according to the situation. We return the guarantee to the customer when returning the vehicle. |

Fuel and oil
The fuel concerns the customer. The oil and the maintenance of the vehicle concern the owner of the vehicle. The customer must verify the oil level, and if it is necessary to complete it, the cost of the oil will be reimbursed by presenting a paid invoice.
The car is delivered and returned with the fuel tank full.

Insurances
The vehicles are Full Casco insured against accidents, steeling (full insurance for the vehicle, accessories and people).

Vehicle condition
The vehicle is lent in good functioning and body condition. In case of damage or accident, the customer will inform without delay the owner who will provide all the instructions adapted to the situation.

The insurance is not valid in the following cases:
+ driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc
+ the car is driven by other people than those mentioned in the contract
+ wheels or tyres damaging not caused by an accident
+ damaging the chassis, the block motor, the gear box and other inferior parts by neglect or deliberate action
